The number of counselling sessions required can vary widely from person to person. It largely depends on your individual choice, needs, and goals. Some people may benefit from just a few sessions, while others might engage in counselling over a more extended period.

Yes, we offer Zoom counselling services to clients living overseas. Our services are covered by professional indemnity insurance and we follow strict data protection guidelines to ensure security.

No, we don’t require a referral. Simply fill out the booking form and we will be in touch.

Schedule a free welcome phone call by filling in the booking form. We will reach out within 24 hours of you contacting us.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other secure methods. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of the appointment.
Confirmation and Reminders
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and reminders closer to your session, ensuring the process is seamless and stress-free. -
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation fees will apply if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
